Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring a positive first impression from arrival to departure.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and manage room key assignments efficiently using hotel PMS software.
- Concierge Services: Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options to our visitors.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate guest requests and maintenance needs to the housekeeping and engineering departments promptly.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down for in-house events and conferences.
- Standard Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude is essential.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
