Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local directions.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, dining options, and local attractions to guests.
- Perform light administrative tasks and filing as required.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we value a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
