Responsibilities
- Assist in daily hotel operations including front desk supervision and guest issue resolution
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Support revenue management activities including room rate optimization and inventory control
- Train and mentor new staff members on operational procedures and brand standards
- Compile daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional events and guest retention strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 0-2 years hotel or luxury service industry experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid New York State Food Protection Certificate a plus
- Basic knowledge of NYC tourism industry and local attractions
