Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Monitor staff performance and implement service standards across all departments
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Assist in inventory management and budget control for operational areas
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of hotel operations experience or internship in luxury hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, PMS)
- Basic knowledge of revenue management and occupancy metrics
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
