Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Manage and train front desk staff, concierge, and housekeeping teams
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for operational excellence
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure positive experiences
- Assist in budget management and expense tracking for departmental operations
- Participate in sales initiatives and local marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of hotel or hospitality experience, including internships
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Delphi, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of revenue management principles
