Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Assist in developing promotional strategies and local partnerships
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on occupancy and revenue performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 0-2 years of hotel or luxury service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Arizona tourism regulations
