Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement service improvement initiatives
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Assist in inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Support revenue management strategies through room rate optimization
- Train and mentor junior staff members on hospitality standards
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for promotional events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of hotel or customer service management experience
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification preferred
- Basic financial reporting and budgeting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
