Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest service excellence
- Manage housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure impeccable property standards
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and implement resolution strategies
- Coordinate with sales and events teams for seamless group bookings and conferences
- Monitor inventory control and budget adherence for departmental KPIs
- Train and motivate staff to uphold brand service standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 0-2 years hotel or customer service management experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
