Responsibilities
- Deliver unparalleled guest service through proactive problem-solving and personalized attention
- Train and supervise front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams to ensure operational excellence

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years hotel operations or customer service leadership experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Texas Food Handler and Alcohol Seller certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong financial literacy with P&L awareness
