Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and issue resolution
- Support daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out and reservation management
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Monitor inventory and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement brand standards and quality assurance protocols
- Participate in revenue management strategies and market analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of hotel or customer service experience
- Strong leadership potential and team collaboration skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Knowledge of local Charlotte tourism landscape
