Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation coordination
- Supervise and train front desk staff, bell staff, and guest service associates
- Address guest concerns promptly with personalized solutions and follow-up
- Monitor room status, occupancy rates, and revenue management metrics
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards
- Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and operational reporting
- Implement brand standards and service excellence protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years hotel operations experience with preference for internships or part-time roles
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership potential
