Responsibilities
- Execute daily front desk operations including check-in/out procedures and guest concierge services
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and quality assurance protocols
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service escalations with professionalism
- Monitor inventory control for guest amenities and operational supplies
- Train and mentor new front desk associates on brand standards
- Collaborate with dining and event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in monthly operational audits and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 0-2 years hotel or luxury customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's certification preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
