Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and guest experience management
- Train and supervise 10+ staff members across departments
- Implement operational procedures to ensure brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Monitor room inventory and coordinate maintenance requests
- Assist in budget management and expense reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team on guest retention strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- 1-2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Colorado hospitality regulations
- Valid driver's license required
