Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest communication
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room occupancy rates
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Assist in budget tracking, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and protocols
- Participate in strategic planning sessions for property improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 0-2 years hotel operations experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel revenue management principles
