- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure seamless check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal occupancy
- Implement marketing strategies to drive local tourism and group bookings
- Maintain financial records and budget adherence for departmental operations
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years hotel or customer service management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
