Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 0-2 years hotel experience with customer service focus
- Strong leadership and team management potential
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
