Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/out, room assignments, and VIP guest coordination

  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
  • Assist with revenue management tasks including rate adjustments and occupancy forecasting

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
