Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/out, room assignments, and VIP guest coordination
- Train and mentor 8-10 front desk agents on service standards and conflict resolution
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement service recovery protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Assist with revenue management tasks including rate adjustments and occupancy forecasting
- Conduct daily shift briefings and maintain accurate departmental documentation
- Participate in community outreach to drive local tourism partnerships
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 1-2 years experience in hotel front desk, guest services, or supervisory role
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
