Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, staff scheduling, and guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure impeccable property standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with exceptional service
- Monitor financial metrics including occupancy rates, revenue, and departmental budgets
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive local tourism and corporate bookings
- Train and develop new staff members on company policies and service standards
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory and operational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of hotel or customer service experience preferred
