- Monitor room inventory and coordinate with reservations department

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of hotel or customer service management experience
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of local tourism attractions
- ServSafe certification preferred
