Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes and resolve service issues

- Train and mentor new team members on service protocols
- Implement and uphold brand service standards and safety procedures

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
