Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and efficient front desk management.
- Manage and mentor a team of front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and bell services to maintain high service standards.
- Handle high-volume guest inquiries and resolve complaints swiftly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of the daily operation schedule and manage staff payroll and timekeeping.
- Monitor inventory levels of amenities and supplies to ensure cost control and minimize waste.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations as well as company policies.
- Participate in the recruitment process and conduct training sessions for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is preferred; no prior hotel experience required for this entry-level management track.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic property management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation in the Miami area.
