Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out processes
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training for 10+ hospitality team members
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency to maintain 95%+ satisfaction
- Monitor room inventory, pricing strategies, and occupancy rates to maximize revenue
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for operational excellence
- Implement brand standards and maintain compliance with health/safety regulations
- Assist in developing marketing initiatives to drive local business and events
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in hotel operations or customer service leadership
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of revenue management principles
