Responsibilities
- Guest check-ins/checkouts and reservation management
- Front desk operations and phone system handling
- Security patrols and property monitoring
- Deep cleaning of public areas and guest rooms
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues
- Inventory management and supply restocking
- Emergency protocol execution and incident reporting
- Coordinating with day shift staff for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
