Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Monitor hotel premises for security and safety protocols.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and general concierge services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Process payments and handle check-out procedures accurately.
- Perform light cleaning duties in public areas as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
