Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences through personalized service and problem-solving
- Maintain pristine room standards through detailed inspection and quality assurance
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols in all guest interactions
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Participate in daily briefings and continuous training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
