Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage hotel reservations and room assignments with precision using our property management system.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding bookings, amenities, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby environment.
- Cash handling and daily reconciliation of financial transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
