Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding front desk services including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and guest room inspections
- Handle guest complaints professionally and coordinate with management for resolution
- Operate hotel systems including POS and property management software
- Support banquet/conference setup and tear-down events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and workspaces
- Collaborate with food service staff during peak dining hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn hotel systems
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for airport runs)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
