Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through check-in/check-out procedures and concierge support
- Maintain pristine room standards through detailed housekeeping and sanitation protocols
- Process guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless operations during all shifts
- Adhere to safety standards and emergency procedures during assigned shifts
- Operate POS systems and manage basic financial transactions
- Participate in daily briefings and maintain accurate shift documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
