Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring a warm, professional welcome.
- Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms are spotless and meet our high standards.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and a problem-solving attitude.
- Uphold all hotel safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
