Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming smile upon arrival and assist with a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist the front desk and housekeeping teams with special requests, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, lobby lounge, and public spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Resolve minor guest complaints or issues efficiently to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
