Responsibilities
- Guest Check-in/Check-out: Process registrations, verify IDs, and issue room keys efficiently during night hours.
- Payment Handling: Collect payments, process credit card transactions, and manage house bank accounts accurately.
- Security & Safety: Conduct regular security rounds of the hotel property, including parking lots and common areas, to ensure guest safety.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming phone calls, manage the lobby area, and assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions and amenities.
- Wake-up Calls & Services: Assist guests with wake-up calls, room service orders, and late check-out requests.
- Report Generation: Maintain accurate logs of incidents, guest feedback, and nightly reports for the morning shift team.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle cash and perform mathematical calculations accurately.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel property management systems quickly.
- Reliability: A dependable work history and punctuality are essential.
