Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests at check-in, during stays, and at check-out
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with event setup and conference support as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and lobby spaces
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver’s license preferred (for shuttle services)
- Previous customer service experience a plus but not required
