Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inspect assigned areas thoroughly to identify and rectify any maintenance issues or cleanliness discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages or needs to the Housekeeping Manager promptly.
- Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Adhere to time management schedules to ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently and turnover times are met.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk and management regarding special guest requests or room status updates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality cleaning (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot even the smallest imperfections.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this full-time position.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for travel to multiple properties if required).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business demands.
- Professional communication skills and a positive attitude.
