Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all hotel guests
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Manage housekeeping tasks to maintain pristine guest rooms
- Support banquet and event setup services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
