Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure it remains tidy and organized.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions and visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Resolve basic customer service issues and escalate complex matters to management.
- Monitor building security and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work a rotating schedule if required.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
