Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests at check-in, check-out, and during their stay
- Assist with housekeeping duties including room cleaning, linen changes, and restocking amenities
- Support front desk operations including phone handling, reservation inquiries, and guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
