Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest experiences through proactive concierge services
- Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, and local attraction bookings
- Resolve guest inquiries with solution-oriented communication
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Execute VIP arrival experiences and special occasion requests
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Phoenix attractions and events
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest preference records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Weekend availability with flexible weekday schedule
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Local Phoenix tourism knowledge preferred
- Spanish language skills highly valued
