Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and dusting surfaces
- Deep-clean common areas, lobbies, and public restrooms to brand standards
- Manage laundry operations for guest rooms and staff uniforms
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Stock cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas
- Provide responsive guest assistance during room inspections
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Basic English communication skills
