Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at front desk, check-in/check-out, and concierge stations
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate records
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if driving shuttle service)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
