Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and email inquiries regarding room availability, local attractions, and hotel services.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of guests and property during the night.
- Assist guests with luggage, valet services, and local directions.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks in public areas to maintain a pristine environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the hotel schedule.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred, but we will teach you.
