Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Monitor room availability and manage daily reservations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Arizona hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling aptitude
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
