Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk, housekeeping, and guest services operations during assigned shifts
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and training during shift hours
- Monitor room inventory and ensure operational standards are met
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other departments for seamless operations
- Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement emergency procedures and ensure safety compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic accounting and cash handling proficiency
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
