Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, managing room keys and registration details accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby areas, and restrooms.
- Handle incoming phone calls and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is in pristine condition.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic property management systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
