Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members during assigned shift (evening/overnight)
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate service standards
- Oversee security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Conduct shift briefings and performance documentation
- Monitor inventory and operational supplies
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel or hospitality management experience
- Valid Florida Security Officer D License (preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Availability for flexible evening/overnight shifts
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville tourism attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
