Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food service areas
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain pristine room standards and public spaces per brand guidelines
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Process payments and manage cash drawer responsibilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if required for errands)
