Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms.
- Assist in daily operations, including laundry, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
