Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces according to industry standards
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to ensure guest comfort
- Report maintenance issues and lost items promptly to management
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient room turnover schedules
- Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with guests respectfully
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – training provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from downtown Indianapolis location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
