Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Change bed linens and replenish towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs to management
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Maintain organized supply closets and cleaning stations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Reliable transportation to various property locations
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
