Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation
- Change bed linens and towels while maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report concerns to management
- Follow company protocols for handling guest belongings and confidential information
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations including proper chemical handling
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover
- Complete daily cleaning checklists and quality assurance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred (for supply runs)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
