Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and dust furniture to ensure a pristine environment.
- Mop floors, vacuum carpets, and empty trash bins in designated areas.
- Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Interact professionally with guests and provide exceptional service when needed.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience is required; we train all new hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
